Frequently asked questions

How many letters fit, and how long is the frame?

Up to 8 letters per frame, in a frame up to 54×14 cm. Shorter surnames go in proportionally smaller frames — from 24×14 cm for three letters.

Can any surname be built exactly as it is spelled?

Yes — the full Latin alphabet is available, so surnames are spelled correctly with no letter swaps. You see the finished look in the configurator before ordering.

We are giving together with the best man — can we have two words in one order?

Of course, and it pays off: with an order of two or more framed photo words, delivery is free.

Does an invoice go to the newlyweds with the gift?

Payment is cash on delivery — the buyer pays the courier on pickup, so the couple receives only the gift, with no figures in the box.
