Photo letters
All photographs are produced in a specialized photo studio and professionally framed, which includes: a wooden frame in the chosen color with a mat, glass and a hook for hanging on the wall.
Photo letters on a magnet are laminated photographs mounted on a 0.5 mm magnetic sheet with rounded corners. The magnet dimensions are 5×7 cm.
Note: All mat and frame colors may differ from the real ones due to different monitor settings.

Production takes 5 to 7 days. We approach every order with great care, because each picture is unique and made especially for you.
What is the maximum number of letters that can be framed?
The optimal number of framed photo letters is up to 8. If you want more than 8 framed photo letters, contact us so we can make such an order possible.
Can the photographs be mounted in a tabletop frame?
Currently only wall frames are available. Every frame has a hook or wire on the back for hanging on the wall.
Can photographs be ordered in color?
No. You can only order photographs in black & white or sepia tone.
What if the frame is damaged or the glass breaks during transport?
Every frame is packed in a shipping box and protective film. If your IznenadiMe gift is nevertheless damaged in transport, you can return it and we will deliver a new one at no additional cost.
Ordering
- Click the “Create your word” field to open the palette of photo letters. Add the photo letters you want into the frame in the central area.
- Choose the frame and mat color you want, as well as the photo tone.
- Click “Clear” to create your combination again.
- Click “Order” to proceed to the ordering page.
- Enter your delivery details.
- Click “Send order” and your order will be sent.
- The next page will show confirmation of a successful order.
Delivery
Niš
If you live in Niš, you can pick up your IznenadiMe gift in person. The place and time are arranged with you.
Serbia
For other cities, delivery and payment are made via the Post Express courier service, cash on delivery upon pickup. The price does not include delivery costs. If you order two or more framed photo words, delivery is free.
